The Writ Jurisdiction of this Court is invoked against the order dated 26-4-2012, passed by the Learned Presiding Officer, Additional School Tribunal, Navi Mumbai, by which order, the Appeal filed by the Respondent No.1 herein came to be partly allowed and resultantly the order of termination dated 3-2-2011 w.e.f. 8-2-2011 was quashed and set aside and the Petitioner No.1 Management was directed to reinstate the Respondent No.1 in service by reducing him in rank on the post of Assistant Teacher. The Petitioner No.1 Management vide order dated 24-1-2015 has accordingly reinstated the Respondent No.1 as an Assistant Teacher in the scale of Rs.9300-34800. Since the Respondent No.1 has been reinstated without any precondition, the challenge to the impugned order directing his reinstatement has turned infructuous. The Petition is accordingly disposed of as having turned infructuous.
