Considering the fact that the impugned notices reveal boundary dispute between the petitioners and the applicant, the neighbour of the petitioners, the applicant would be a necessary party to this petition and, therefore, the application is allowed.

Petitioners are directed to amend the cause-title by adding the applicant 1/2 13-IA-7952-2023.doc Dixit

as party-respondent to the petition. Amendment be carried out within one week from the date of this order.

Leave is granted to the newly added respondent to file reply to the petition. Respondent no.1-Municipal Corporation is also directed to file it's reply in the matter, as without reply of the Municipal Corporation, no effective adjudication of the issue involved in the petition will be possible. 5.

Stand over to 28 th July 2023.
