This is an application for condonation of 21 days delay in filing the application for leave to file appeal against the impugned Judgment and Order dated 1.1.2016 passed by the learned Special Judge ACB and Additional Sessions Judge-5, Thane in Special ACB Case No.24 of 2012.

Heard the learned APP. and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

Mr. Salunke, learned counsel for respondent No.1 fairly submitted that appropriate orders may be passed in the interest of justice.
