Learned Advocate for Petitioners on instructions submitted that, during the pendency of present Petition, Police have completed investigation and submitted charge-sheet in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class at Bhosari MIDC, Pune on 1st September 2022. He therefore, on instructions seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with liberty to file an application for discharge as contemplated under the provisions of Cr.P.C. before the trial Court. Leave and liberty granted.
