Learned counsel for the applicant, upon instructions seeks liberty to withdraw the application. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice.

2) Prima facie it appears that complainant had lodged a report at the police station on 12/02/2015 i.e. the date when she withdrew herself from her matrimonial house. On the basis of her report, N. C. no. 529 of 2015 was registered. She had not made any allegations against present applicant in the said report, however, after one month, she has levelled allegations against present applicant.
