Mr. Mehta, learned Counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the entire amount of compensation has been deposited in M.A.C.T., Nashik. The appellant shall intimate the factum of deposit of amount to the claimants within a week. 2.

The respondents - claimants are at liberty to withdraw the same.
