Heard learned counsel for the Applicant.

The Applicant is seeking transit anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No. I - 305 of 2018 registered with the Kapodra Police Station, Surat City, Gujarat for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 409 & 114 of the Indian Penal Code, so as to enable him to seek appropriate remedies before the appropriate Court.

The Applicant is accordingly granted transit

ABA 1217-19.doc anticipatory bail for a period of four weeks from today to enable him to approach the appropriate Court for seeking appropriate relief.

The Application is, accordingly, disposed of. It is made clear, that the present Application has not been heard or considered on merits.
