It is not in dispute that the Respondent-Corporation has already deposited the amount of Rs.17,22,24,944/- with the Respondent-the Special Land Acquisition Offcer No.16, Pune pursuant to the order of this Court dated 22nd December, 2020. We are told that an amount of Rs.4,60,52,820/- has also been paid to the Petitioner. 2.

We record the statement of the learned Government Pleader that after the demarcation of the land in question, a separate award shall be passed in respect of the subject property, within a period of six weeks.
