The advocate who had filed the original Appeal was not present on 05/08/2022, therefore, this Court had directed appointment of a legal aid panel counsel. Accordingly, Advocate Shri. Madhusudan Pareek was appointed. However, today Advocate Shri. Rakesh Jadhav, who had originally filed the Appeal is present before the Court and he has shown his willingness to workout the matter. Therefore, Advocate Shri. Madhusudan Pareek is relieved of his responsibilities from appearing in the application, Digitally signed by VINOD BHASKAR GOKHALE Date:

Leave to amend is granted to remove name of the Respondent No.3 from the Appeal memo to conceal her identity. Amendment shall be carried out forthwith.

This Interim application is sent through jail. The applicant was already granted bail vide order dated 08/03/2022 in I.A.No.363 of 2022 in Criminal Appeal No.213 of 2022. The applicant was directed to be released on bail on his executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.20000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. He was also permitted to furnish cash bail in the sum of Rs.20000/- for a period of 8 weeks in lieu of sureties. In spite of that order, the applicant could not avail of the same because of his financial constraints. He could neither furnish sureties nor could he deposit the cash amount of Rs.20000/-.

Considering this situation, the surety amount can be reduced, so that, the applicant can avail of the bail granted to him. Therefore, the order dated 08/03/2022 passed in I.A.No.363 of 2022 is modified.

The Applicant is directed to be released on his executing P.R.bond in the sum of Rs.10000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

He is permitted to furnish cash bail in the sum of Rs.10000/- for the period of 8 weeks in lieu of sureties. 7.
Except this modification, rest of the conditions mentioned in the operative part of the order dated 08/03/2022 shall remain as they are.
