This Interim Application is fled for cancellation of bail. This Court by an order dated 29.08.2019 in Criminal Bail Application No.2108 of 2019 released the Respondent on bail in connection with C.R. No.116 of 2015 registered with the Chembur Police Station, Mumbai for the alleged ofences punishable under Sections 120, 465, 468, 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The facts leading to the release of the Applicant on bail and the reasons thereon are stated in the order dated 29.08.2019. 3.

SufÏce it to observe that the Respondent did not comply with the conditions of his release on bail and therefore, this application came to be fled by the State for cancellation of bail.

It is the contention of learned APP that this Court had directed the Respondent to deposit a sum of Rs.10 lakhs in two installments of Rs.5 lakhs each. The applicant deposited Rs.5 lakhs but failed to deposit balance of Rs.5 lakhs within the time stipulated by this Court. Further it is the contention of learned APP that the Respondent failed to report to the Investigating OfÏcer in terms of the order and absconded. It is with great difÏculty the Respondent was apprehended pursuant to the Non-Bailable Warrant issued by this Court on 23.07.2021. The Respondent is produced in this Court today. As the Non-Bailable Warrant has been executed, nothing survives for consideration in the Interim Application No.1532 of 2020 and the same is disposed of. (M.S.KARNIK, J.)
