This application is for withdrawal of the amount filed by the claimant. Mrs. Chavan, learned counsel for the Insurance Company makes a statement that the non applicant/Insurance company has not deposited the amount either before this Court or before the Tribunal. Statement is accepted.

In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the applicants submits that she wants to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh application. Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. After Insurance company deposits the amount either before this Court or before the Tribunal, the applicants are at liberty to file application for withdrawal of the amount.
