Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that, in view of subsequent development that, the order dated 19/09/2019 passed by the learned Collector, Thane, setting aside the show-cause notice dated 01/06/2019, nothing survives in the present petition. He further makes a statement that, in the present proceeding, the petitioner has purchased the property by sale deed dated 12/02/1998. He submits that, because of pendency of the present writ petition, the Revenue Authority was not ready to record her name in the Index II.

Considering these facts, following order is passed: a)The Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous, in view of subsequent development that, order dated 19/09/2019 passed by the learned Collector, Thane.

b)The Revenue Authority to proceed with the matter in respect of sale deed dated 12/02/1998, on its own merits.

c)Liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue her matter before the Revenue Authority, on the basis of dismissal of this petition and order dated 19/09/2019 passed by the learned Collector, Thane.
