After arguing the matter for some time, Mr. Zade, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Bail Application. Leave granted. However, Mr. Zade, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant states that the Applicant is behind bar from 01.11.2022 and therefore, the trial be expedited.

Mr. Mangaonkar, learned APP appearing for the Respondent - State after taking instructions states that an endeavour will be made to conclude the trial within a period of one year from today.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn, however, liberty is granted to the Applicant to fle a fresh Bail Application after a period of eight months, if there is no substantial progress in the trial.

The Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such subject to above.
