This Civil Application is filed for restoration of the Second Appeal, which came to be dismissed for default, in view of failure of the Appellants to comply with the conditional order dated 20th February 2018 for removal of the office objections.

Learned counsel for the Applicants-Appellants submits that, there are only two office objections and Appellants will be removing the same within two weeks from today.

Subject to condition of removal of office objections within a period of two weeks from today, the Second Appeal is restored to its original file. 5.
