Learned APP has tendered a copy of the Medical Report of the applicant dated 20th September 2021. In the said report, it is stated that the applicant is a known case of diabetes mellitus and hypertension and that he is regularly taking treatment for the same at Yerwada Prison Hospital. It is stated that the applicant was examined on 20th September 2021 for his complaints of backache, neck pain and giddiness. It is also stated that the applicant had some boils on his legs and hands. According to the Chief Medical Officer, Yerwada Central Prison, Pune, the applicant is admitted in the Prison Hospital Ward for monitoring of his blood sugar level and treatment of his present complaints and that he would be referred to Sassoon General Hospital (SGH), Pune, if his physical condition demands. 29-ba.2564.2021.doc It is further stated that the applicant's condition is stable on treatment. The said Medical Report is taken on record.

Considering the aforesaid, at this stage the question of granting temporary bail to the applicant does not arise. However, liberty is granted to the applicant to file an application in future, in case the occasion, so arises.

Application is accordingly disposed of on the aforesaid terms. 4.
It is expected that the Prison Authorities will take proper care of the applicant and if the need so arises will admit him to the hospital. 5.
