By this application, the Applicant is seeking condonation of delay of twelve days in filing the above appeal. 3.

For the reasons as set out in the application in paragraphs 2 to 6 of the application, it is in the interest of justice that the delay deserves to be condoned. Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). No costs.
