This is an application for bail. The applicant had not preferred any application for bail before Sessions Court on merits. The applicant had, however, sought bail on medical grounds, which application was rejected on 6th May 2017. In the circumstances the applicant is permitted to prefer fresh application for bail before Sessions Court on merits. In the event such an application is preferred, the Court shall deal with such an application on merits and in accordance with law.
