We have heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioners . According to the learned counsel, the degree obtained by Respondent no.1 is not from a recognised University. Complaint to that effect is also made to the Authority. However, no cognizance is undertaken.

We are not inclined to consider the petition on merits. Petitioner has filed complaint with the Authority. Petitioner Mohite 1/2

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
