Heard. This application is for issuing fresh notice to respondent No.9b at his present correct address as stated in the cause title.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the civil application.

a) Office is directed to issue fresh notice to respondent No.9b at his present correct address as Basavraj G Patil 1/2

9.1843.16-caw stated in the cause title of the Writ Petition, returnable after 8 weeks.

b) In addition to usual mode of service, the applicant is permitted to serve the Respondent No.9b in Writ Petition along with entire proceedings by way of private notice either by RPAD and/or by hand delivery and to file an Affidavit of service to that effect on or before next date, returnable after 8 weeks.

c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
