Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Perused the order dated 10.03.2021 passed by the SDO, Khed in favour of the Petitioners.

We direct the Tahsildar, Khed to adjudicate and dispose of within a period of six weeks from today, the Remand Proceeding No. Minerals/Penalty/SR/9/2020 as ordered by the SDO, Khed vide his order dated 10.03.2021.

Learned AGP states that some more time be granted to the Tahsildar to comply with this order. In view thereof, we grant time of eight weeks to comply with this order.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. 5.

In the meantime, no coercive action shall be taken against the Petitioners qua the subject matter of the present Writ Petition. 6.

Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
