Mr. Kulkarni has tendered a letter dated 16.04.2015 addressed by the appellant to him as also the compromise terms filed in Regular Civil Suit No.460 of 2008. The same are taken on record and marked 'X' collectively for identification. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the Second Appeal. Mr. Adagule has no objection for withdrawal of the Appeal.
