The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the above Civil Revision Application which has stood dismissed for nonprosecution on account of the conditional order dated 11.09.2014. By the said order, the Applicants were granted four weeks time to remove the office objections, failing which the restoration of the above Civil Revision Application was to stand refused. In view of default, the said order dated 11.09.2014 became effective. The reasons why the office objections could not be removed are mentioned in paragraphs 4 and 5 of the Civil BGP.

Resultantly, the Civil Revision Application is restored to file. The Applicants are directed to remove the office objections within two weeks from date.
