On the backdrop of the order passed by this Court, the parties are before this Court to state that the dispute between the parties stands settled, in terms of what has been agreed between the parties in the Joint (sic. Consent) Minutes of order as tendered by the learned counsel. The total amount due and payable by the petitioners to regularize the loan account was Rs.4,14,161/-, out of that amount, an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- was paid by the petitioners to the respondent by RTGS yesterday (14th June, 2023). The balance amount which is payable is as set out in paragraph 2 of the consent minutes of order.

We have perused the consent minutes of order. In our view, the petitioners are justified in coming to such resolution of the dispute in terms of what has been agreed between the parties. We accordingly take on record joint minutes of order, which are marked "X" for identification. Undertaking stands accepted. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of in terms of joint minutes of order. No costs.
