It is claimed that order of acceptance of nomination form goes contrary to the law as the Respondent has failed to deposit enhanced share amount after the last date and as such has incurred disqualification. 2) Claim is opposed by learned AGP and counsel for Respondent 1/2

3) Fact remains that based on delayed payment of share capital, there is no adjudication by the competent authority as to the disqualification of Respondent no. 3. That being so, order impugned appears to be in tune with law.

4) As such, no case for interference is made out. Petition stands rejected.
