My attention is invited by learned Counsel for the Petitioner to the order dated 05/04/2019 passed by this Court in the earlier round of litigation directing the Education Ofcer to pass a fresh order on its own merits. It is pointed out that the Management has submitted a proposal for approval of the Petitioner to the Respondent No.3. The proposal is not yet decided. The Petitioner is seeking relief that Respondent No.3 be 1/2

15. wp 3665.21.doc directed to take a decision on the proposal expeditiously. Learned Counsel Shri Kulkarni appears on behalf of Respondent No.3 and seeks time. In any case, as the proposal has been already submitted which will have to be decided in accordance with rules, the present Petition can be disposed of by directing Respondent No.3 to decide the proposal submitted by the Management expeditiously, preferably within a period of 3 months from today after considering the representations made on behalf of all concerned. All contentions are kept open. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
