1] This is an application for restoration of Writ Petition No.8913 of 2018 which was dismissed for non-removal of office objections in pursuance of Order dated 26.10.2018 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I). 2] There is a delay of 183 days in filing the present application. However, in the interest of justice and subject to payment of cost of Rs.2000/- to be paid to the High Court Legal Aid Committee, the said delay is condoned. The applicants to deposit the cost of Rs.2000/- with the High Court Legal Aid Committee within a period of two weeks from today. It is made clear that, the payment of cost within stipulated period is condition precedent for condonation of delay and restoration of the Writ Petition. 1/2
