The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is in jail for more than two years. It is submitted that in the facts and circumstances the trial may be expedited. The learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to renew his request for bail, if trial is not concluded within a reasonable period. 2.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the trial Court shall endeavour to decide the case, as early as possible and in any case within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The applicant is at liberty to move an application for bail before the trial Court, in case the trial is not concluded as directed above.
