Learned counsel for respondent CIDCO states that CIDCO is ready and willing to accept the cheque for a sum of Rs.4,49,00,000/- offered by the applicant-petitioner in Civil Application No.1291 of 2019 without prejudice to it's rights and contentions. The said cheque has accordingly been handed over by learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner to the learned counsel for respondent CIDCO in Court.

The Civil Application to stand disposed of. We record the statement of learned counsel for applicant-petitioner that the applicant-petitioner shall withdraw the SLP (C) Nos.4647-4648 of 2016 pending before Apex Court within three weeks from today.

List the Writ Petition on 17th July 2019 for admission along with connected Writ Petitions.

The ad-interim relief granted on 23rd June 2015 shall now operate until the next date.
