1] The present applicant is received through jail with a prayer that the Trial Court may be directed to conduct the trial on day-to-day basis and to direct the Trial Court to complete the trial within stipulated period. 2] The learned APP on instructions from the Officer who is present in the Court submitted that the trial of the Session Case No.192 of 2010 has already commenced and two witnesses have been examined as of today. He further submitted that the prosecution is taking all possible steps to conclude the trial, as early as possible.

3] In view of the above, the present application is disposed off. 4] The Registry is directed to communicate this Order to the applicant who is lodged in Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik. (A.S.GADKARI, J.) 1/1
