The learned counsel for the appellant submits that by this Appeal from Order appellant is challenging the order dated 17.6.2016 passed by Bombay City Civil Court at Bombay in Notice of Motion No.849 of 2014 in L.C.Suit No.1507 of 2012.

47 aost17464-16.doc present proceeding, L.C.Suit No.1507 of 2012 stands disposed of by judgment and decree dated 16.3.2019. To that effect, he has placed on record photo copy of the judgment and decree. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In view of subsequent development nothing survives in the present proceeding.

Hence, Appeal from Order as well as Civil Application stands disposed of as infructuous. No order as to costs.
