Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this Application sent through jail, the Applicant seeks expeditious disposal of his case, being S. C. No.81 of 2015. 3.

Mr. Parkar, Appointed as Amicus Curiae for the Applicant states that till date, charge has not been framed. He submits that the Applicant is in custody since 27.08.2014.

Learned APP does not dispute the aforesaid.

Perused the papers. The Applicant was arrested in connection with C.R.No.261 of 2014 registered with the Kandivali Police Station for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376, 326 of the Indian Penal Code and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

Considering the fact that the Applicant is in custody since August, 2014, the trial of the Applicant is expedited. Learned Judge shall make an endeavour to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible and preferably within 12 months from the date of receipt of this order.

Registry to communicate the said Order to the learned Sessions Judge, 12th Court, Dindoshi, Mumbai. 8.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of.
