This civil application is thoroughly frivolous. 2.

We do not see how a local MLA can espouse the cause of the public better than the Lawyers Forum or the PIL petitioner. In a pending PIL, the least that is expected from a people's representative is to trust this Court. It is this Court

suresh 5-CAW-1317.2018.doc which will ensure that if any relief is to be granted and its powers to render justice have to be utilised to subserve larger public interest and public good, it will definitely do it irrespective of whether the petitioner is present or otherwise. This Court does not require any applicant nor the PIL petitioner. The civil application is, therefore, dismissed but without any order as to costs.
