Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned AGP for the respondent Nos.1 to 6. Learned counsel appearing for petitioner produced for perusal of the Court an office copy of the Revision Application, which shows that the same was filed on 16th September, 2013. He states that as of today, even the application for stay in the Revision Application is not being heard. Even notices have not being issued. Learned AGP has no instructions.

Considering the limited controversy involved, we dispose of the petition by the following order :

osk 9-wp-7504-2015 (i) We direct the parties shall remain present before the Revisional Authority on 27th August, 2015 at 2.30 p.m.. The petitioner shall produce a photocopy of the revision application alongwith an authenticated copy of this order. The Revisional Authority shall endeavor to decide the revision application as expeditiously as possible in any event, before the end of the year 2015; ii) If the Revision Application already decided, a copy of the order passed on the revision application be forthwith supplied to the petitioner;

iii) All contentions on merit are kept open;

iv) The petition is disposed of on above terms.
