By this Application the Applicant is seeking Anticipatory Bail in connection with the investigation of Crime No.555 of 2017 registered with Vijapur Naka Police Station, Solapur under Section 403,409,417 and 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 and 4 of Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1999.

The record discloses that the Applicant had filed an undertaking before this Court agreeing to deposit entire amount of Rs.27,31,000/- involved in the case. The learned counsel for the N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

14-aba-1855-2021 Applicant on instructions states that the entire amount has been deposited before the Special Court (MPID) at Solapur. 3.

Considering this, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the appropriate order may be passed. 4.

It may be stated that this Court on 24 September 2021 acting on the undertaking had granted Interim Protection which undertaking stands complied with. In that view of the matter the Criminal Application is disposed of in terms of the order dated 24 September 2021 subject to further condition that the Applicant shall co-operate with the Investigating Agency as and when required and shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses and evidence. 5.

The Criminal Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
