1) This is an application for modification of the Order dated 23.5.2016 passed by this Court. By the said Order the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing a P.R. bond of Rs. 20,000/- with one or two sureties, subject to the condition that he shall deposit an amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- with the Trial Court within a period of four weeks. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that for submitting surety, above amount of Rs.15,000/-, a solvency certificate is necessary and the surety which the applicant intends to submit, in persuance of the said order, does not have the said certificate. He submitted that the period granted by this Court, therefore be extended to comply with the said condition. 2) In view of the above, the period to furnish surety is hereby extended by six weeks from today.
