Heard learned counsel for the Applicant.

By this Application, the Applicant seeks modification / relaxation of Clause V of para 8 of the order dated 07.09.2018 passed by this Court ( Coram : Prakash D. Naik, J. ) in B. A. No. 2103 of 2018. 3.
The condition of which modification / relaxation is sought reads thus :- "(v) The applicant shall report the concerned police station once in a month on first Saturday of the month between 10.00 a. m. to 12.00 noon till the completion of the trial."

Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant is required to travel abroad often considering his job profile. He states that the Applicant is working as a Vice President in Sales and Marketing department and is required to travel frequently for business meetings etc., making it difficult to attend the office of the Cyber Police Station, Crime Branch, CID, Mumbai. He further states that till date, the Applicant has complied with the order dated 07.09.2018. He further states that the Applicant has no antecedents and has not misused liberty granted to him.

For the reasons set out in the Application, the Application is allowed and the said condition i. e. Clause (v) of para 8 of the order dated 07.09.2018 stands modified as under :- "(v) The applicant shall now report to the concerned police station once in three months on the first Saturday of the month between 10.00 a. m. to 12.00 noon till the conclusion of the trial."
