Laxmi Gupta in CR No.459 of 2014 registered with Vakola Police Station under Section 465, 467, 471, 420 of the Indian Penal Code for intervention. For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, I am inclined to allow the present application. The applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No.371 of 2015 is hereby directed to implead the original complainant as respondent no.2. The amendment to be carried out within one week from today.
