Learned Counsel for the parties state that the matter has been settled. They have tendered a Statement which shows the amount of Provident Fund with interest (after the adjustment of staff loan) of Rs.13,72,958/- and Gratuity with interest of Rs.6,42,895/- aggregating to Rs.20,15,853/-. The said amount has been agreed as full and final settlement towards the claim of the Petitioner. The Statement is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

The amount of Rs.20,15,,853/- shall be paid by the Respondent No.1 to the Petitioner within four weeks from today. Needless to say
