Heard Mr. Avasarmore, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Dalvi, learned Counsel for the respondent. 2.

This application is taken out for modifying access/visitation rights in terms of paragraph 13 (c) of the order dated 31st January, 2019. Paragraph 13 (c) reads thus; "c. Prasad shall handover son Ishan, after every 15 days, on Sunday at 9.00 a.m to till 5.00 p.m to Gauri so that she will enjoy company of Ishan. Gauri will return the custody of Ishan to Prasad after 5.00 p.m.".

After arguing the application for quite some time, the learned Counsel for the parties have arrived at consensus. It is agreed between the parties that Prasad will bring the child Ishan at Sambhaji Park, Pune after every 15 days on Sunday at 9.00 am and will give access to Gauri from 9.00 a.m till 5.00 p.m. Gauri will return custody of son Ishan to Prasad after 5.00 p.m at Samabhaji Park. 4.

Clause 13 (c) of the order dated 31st January, 2019 stands modified accordingly. Rest of the order remains as it is. C.A. is disposed of.
