The above Civil Application has been filed for vacating the interim reliefs on the ground that though having knowledge the Petitioners have not brought the heirs of the Respondent No.1 on record and the second relief sought is that the hearing of the Petition be expedited. In view of the fact that an order has been passed in Civil Application No.2963 of 2015 today i.e. 1-4-2016, in so far as the relief claiming vacation of the interim relief is concerned, the same has turned infructuous.
