The appellant - original plaintiff in Regular Civil Suit No. 258 of 2002 has preferred this appeal. The suit for partition was decreed, against which defendants had preferred Regular Civil Appeal No. 543 of 2008. The said appeal was allowed by judgment and order dated 19th March, 2014. It is against the decree passed in Regular Civil Appeal No.543 of 2008 the plaintiff has preferred this appeal.

The appellant and defendant Nos. 2 and 3 are present in the Court. They are identified by their Advocates. Copies of their Aadhar cards are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

Parties to the appeal have settled the dispute and recorded the consent terms on 12th February, 2019. The consent terms are taken on record and marked "X-1" for identification. 5.

The appellant and respondent Nos. 2 and 3 admit their signatures. They also admit the contents of the consent terms. 6.

In terms of consent terms the appeal is disposed of. Decree be drawn accordingly.

The parties are entitled to claim for refund of Court fees, as per rules.
