The above Civil Application has been filed seeking an early date of hearing for the above Petition. The Writ Petition is directed against an order passed by the College Tribunal in favour of the Applicant. The Applicant's services have been terminated in the year 2001. However, the College Tribunal has allowed the Appeal and set aside the termination. The Applicant was also granted liberty to apply for a fixed date of hearing. The Petition is of the year 2002. In my view, it would be just and proper to allow the Civil Application. The same is accordingly allowed. List the BGP.
