Learned counsel for the petitioner upon instructions, states that as the petitioner has already raised the grievance under MRTU and PULP Act before the Industrial Court, he may be permitted to withdraw the petition.

As the grievance is being looked into by the Industrial Court, keeping all the contentions of the parties, open, we dispose of the writ petition as withdrawn.
