The learned counsel Mr.Marwadi, appearing for the Petitioner draws our attention to the letter dated 20th July, 2018 of the Assistant Divisional Fire Officer, Mumbai Fire Brigade. The said letter is in a nature of the Report and it is stated in the last paragraph that the Police Authorities i.e. the Senior Inspector of Police, Gamdevi Police Station, and D.C.P., Traffic, have been requested to visit the premises and take necessary

2/2 914-wp.2532.2018.doc action immediately and remove the parked vehicles at the service road for easy access to the Fire Brigade.

In the sanguine hope of the said course of action would be followed by the Authorities that the learned counsel for the Petitioner does not press the above Writ Petition and on the instructions of the Petitioner who is personally present in Court seeks its withdrawal. 3.

The above Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of as having turned infructuous. The letter dated 20th July, 2018 is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.
