Ms. Parab, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.1 has no objection if this interim application is allowed. Hence, in view of the same, interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Mr.Thorat, learned counsel appearing for the applicants submits that the parties have settled their disputes amicably by filing consent terms in the Trial Court in L.C.Suit No. 1616 of 2014. He has tendered photocopy of the letter dated 11 March, 2023 written by the legal heirs of the original applicant to the advocate on record. The said letter dated 11 March, 2023 is taken on record and marked 'X'

for identification.
