DATED : 30th JUNE, 2022 P.C:- In C.R.No.183/2022, invoking Sections 328, 188, 273 r/w Section 34 of the IPC and relevant section of Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, the co-accused J. Ratnesh Nagar and Dinesh Gupta have been released on bail by order dated 22/6/2022.

There is no reason why the said order shall not be extended to the present applicant, considering that the issue about the applicability of the provisions of Section 328 in a situation like this, is pending before the Hon'ble Apex Court. Hence, the following order :- Tilak

O R D E R

(a) In the event of his arrest, the applicant Ramesh Mahadev Kumbhar in connection with C.R.No. 183/2022 registered with Mira Road Police Station shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond to the extend of Rs.50,000/- with one or two sureties of the like amount.

(b) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuage him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and should not tamper with evidence.

(c) The Applicants shall report to the police station on every Friday and Saturday between 10 am to 2.00 pm for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required.

Application is disposed off in the aforestated terms.
