Mr. Rishikesh Patil, learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2, on instructions submitted that, the directions issued by this Court on 10th March 2021, have not been complied with by the Petitioner. Petitioner has not deposited arrears of maintenance before the Trial Court till today. It may be the reason, the Petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the present Petition.

Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. 3.

Ad-interim relief, granted by Order dated 9th January 2019, is vacated with immediate effect.
