This application has been filed for restoration of the related Writ Petition No.11755 of 2018, which came to be dismissed by the Registry, pursuant to order of this court

dated 1st March, 2019, on the ground of office objections not being removed.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that as per instructions of office clerk, the objections were removed, but later on it came to his notice that there were certain blank portions on certain pages of the writ petition and one or two documents were not legible. 4.

A perusal of the order dated 1st March, 2019 would go to show that petitioner was directed to remove all office objections on or before 5th April, 2019, failing which it was ordered that the writ petition would stand dismissed without further reference to the court. 5.

It was following such order that the writ petition came to be dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove all the office objections within 7 days of restoration, subject to uploading of the order in the court

website.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and on due consideration, Writ Petition No.11755 of 2018 is restored to file.

Petitioner to remove all office objections within seven days from uploading of today's order in official website.

Civil application is disposed of.
