7. CAW 2025.16.doc for non-prosecution on 15 June 2015 taking note of the fact that none had appeared earlier. The present Civil Application i.e. Civil Application No. 2025 of 2016 is taken out for restoration of the said application.

The Board is notified in advance on the Internet. None appears for the Applicant. The Respondents had filed a reply to contest the Civil Application No. 811 of 2015 in which serious objection is taken by the Respondents that the applications are filed only to protract the proceedings.
