By this application through jail, the applicant requests that he be given a legal-aid lawyer and that his case, pending before the Sessions Court, Dindoshi, be disposed of as expeditiously as possible. 2.

Learned A.P.P on instructions, states that the applicant has not appointed a lawyer nor has the concerned Judge before whom the case is pending, appointed a lawyer for the applicant. SQ Pathan 1/2

Perused the papers. It appears that the case is of 2015. Hence at this juncture, no direction is required for expeditious disposal of the case. However, the learned Judge before whom the case is pending, is directed to appoint a lawyer with sufficient trial Court experience, in the said case, for the applicant.

Application is partly allowed and is disposed of accordingly. 5.

Registry to communicate the above order to the concerned Judge, Sessions Court, Dindoshi and a copy of the order be sent to the applicant, who is lodged in Thane Central Prison, Thane. REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.
